School orientation

Hello dear parents

We're now working hard to prepare for the upcoming school year. We're reviewing student applications and checking who has moved away. We're looking for an excellent learning support assistant for the early primary school grades. If you know any young people who have graduated from gymnasium or anyone else who wants the best job in the world - working with children - please contact us! The applicant must be fluent in Icelandic. We also know that Tígrisbær needs good recreation instructors this school year, so this can be a full-time or part-time position!

First-grade teachers will schedule student interviews before school starts, and parents will receive information about this early next week (teachers start work on Friday).
School orientation will be held for grades 2-10 on Aug. 22, and school begins according to the class schedule on Aug. 25.

Rimaskóli's school orientation takes place in the school's auditorium.

Students in grades 2 and 3 arrive at 9am
Students in grades 4 and 5 arrive at 10am
Students in grades 6 and 7 arrive at 11am
Students in grades 8 to 10 arrive at 12pm
